Rave: Bite Amuse Bouche Lipstick

I know I’ve been MIA.  Apologies.  What can I say?  Real life has gotten in the way of bloggin’.

Anyway, I’d be entirely remiss if I didn’t pop on here to tell you about my new fave lippie: Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche lipsticks.  I have been wearing the Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Meringue ever since I picked it up at the Sephora 20% off sale and it’s replaced my other go-to products.

FullSizeRender 2The product is described as a swipe on bold, creamy lip colour and is forumulated without Parabens, Sulfates, and Phthalates {wtf are those?  I assume a bad chemical, so it’s good they’re not in these lipsticks, no?}. Each one is created and crafted by hand, and Bite’s small batch, low-heat process preserves a balanced blend of lip-quenching nutrients, vitamins, and omega oils that are essential for achieving healthy-looking lips. The lipsticks are made with 12 edible oils and triple milled pigments, this lipstick provides saturated lip colour with weightless coverage and a citrus flavour  made from fresh pressed fruit.  This could not be more bang on!  {can we also take a moment to appreciate the beauty that is this untouched lipstick tube?  The B is just so perfect and that colour is TDF!!}

Exhibit A – after an hour of wear and a coffee

Meringue is the most perfect YLBB colour  – see exhibit A.  I pair it with my beloved NYX liner for the perfect shade that wears and wears and wears. I’m talking stays on through eating, drinkin’ coffee, talkin’ lots {haven’t tested a makeout sesh, sorry…}.  I only need to apply it twice a day.

Don’t walk, run to your nearest Sephora and pick this up.  It retails for  $30 and is worth every penny.
